What we do

We are a private limited company specialising in the design and construction of contemporary homes, particularly suited to small footprints and 'difficult' spaces, based on designs which have been, exclusively commissioned by us from leading architects.

If you would like to discuss a construction project using any designs on this site please contact us by email or telephone and we would be happy to discuss your requirements.

Site Content and Intellectual Property

This site is a showroom for the portfolio of modular home design solutions which we offer and which are exclusive to us.  It contains representations in the forms of photographs, computer aided design representations, text, dimensions, architectural drawings, floor plans, fixtures, fittings and other design features and details as well as product descriptions, editorial, news items and other text  (collectively the "Content"). The Content is protected by copyright laws and international treaties around the world. 

We are the owner or licensee of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content as well as all other aspects of our Site. Except for the very limited licence granted to you below, all rights in the Content and our site are reserved by us and our licensors absolutely. 

You may view the pages of this site on the browser of a device you have used to access our site and you may save (for example to a PDF file) or print one copy of any page(s) from our site for your personal review purposes only.  You must not use any part of the Content or our site for any other purpose without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off, saved or downloaded in any way..  You must not remove or obfuscate any copyright or other proprietary notices which may appear on or in relation to any Content. Our status (and that of any identified contributors or licensors) as the authors of architectural works and other Content on our site must always be acknowledged.

The moral rights of the authors of the Content are asserted.

Law and disputes

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
