We have commissioned the most progressive, award-winning architects in the country to unlock the potential of small, often overlooked sites.

  • Cube Haus appoint the architect on your behalf, along with all other design consultants. 

  • We assess the value of the site with the final home in mind in conjunction with our agents, the Modern House.

  • We determine the optimum design for space utilisation and commercial economies and which is sympathetic to the locality. We keep the neighbourhood happy.

  • Access to our architects throughout the journey to understand the design solution and determine any client specific final details.


Beyond land acquisition and design selection capability, we have legal and planning process expertise. Our knowledge of pre-construction preparation ensures we cover all areas of third party concerns and development issues of the surrounding neighbourhood, utilities diversions, rights of light and more.

  • We prepare and handle all planning matters to approval, and subsequently through to condition discharge.

  • We handle all the third parties, rights of light, boundary issues in securing the land for your home, ensuring that all legalities have been dealt with ready for you to purchase the land at the point of Project Contractual Close.

  • We ensure all parties including the land owner, neighbours, and you feel there has been a transparent and well-managed  process throughout the development.



Our process includes ensuring we have a robust construction delivery approach. We determine the best choice of contractor for the design and locality, along with tendering for price, time, and quality.

Cube Haus continues to act for you to provide the ongoing development management service, and separately, we act as the contract administrator and quantity surveyor to manage the construction contract

  • A pre-determined construction contract which is fair and transparent with access to our lawyer for information and clarification.

  • Professional representation by Cube Haus throughout the delivery process (both design development and construction phases) which is defined by the Contract and ensures contract responsibilities are adhered to and delivered.

  • A construction contractor that cares about the design focus and quality requirements with a good neighbour policy among the ethical practices we will require, with building regulations strictly adhered to and signed off.

  • Ongoing development management of remaining planning conditions, unforeseen site matters, neighbour management.

  • Site and project management which ensures time is managed and quality is delivered.

  • A completed home which is valuable, marketable, mortgageable, insurable, and a joy to own and live in.

  • We remain involved to look after the continuing contract obligations of the 12 month defects liability period under the building contract.

  • We remain committed to ensuring all our development management duties have been completed.

  • This includes ensuring that you receive a Building Manual which provides all the information you need for the upkeep and running of your new home.
